Vancouver, British Columbia, April 1, 2022 – Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) (“Vizsla Copper” or the “Company”) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the issuance of 83,333 shares for a deemed price of $0.205 per share to a consultant of the Company, previously announced on February 17, 2022. The shares are subject to a statutory four month plus one day hold period.
